At the Lauderdale Lakes Chamber of Commerce (“Chamber”), we are committed to providing valuable services, events, and products to our members and community. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Membership Fees

• Membership dues are refundable within three days of registration.
• Application fees are also non-refundable.

2. Event Registrations

• Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event to receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, unless the Chamber cancels or postpones the event.

3. Sponsorships & Advertising

• Sponsorship and advertising commitments are non-refundable once confirmed, as benefits are extended upon payment (e.g., recognition, directory listings, promotional materials).

4. Merchandise Purchases

• Eligible Returns: Merchandise (e.g., branded apparel, promotional items) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, promotional giveaways, and customized or special-order merchandise are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Process: To request a return, email [insert email] with proof of purchase and reason for return. Approved merchandise returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Exceptions

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a Chamber error (e.g., defective or incorrect merchandise).
• Digital products, downloads, and event recordings (if offered) are not refundable.
