Our strategy
Listening and responding to our members is a critical part of everything we do – we're here to make their business life easier! Our technical support is not outsourced, but is handled by our excellent in-house team. In addition to our support staff, our leadership team also participates in supporting the Chamber's members. Any other companies you deal with where the president or CEO answers emails? We didn't think so.
Listening to our members is also key to our development process. Problems reported or features requests made in our community forums are the most important factors shaping how we develop and improve. New features happen automatically, and as a result, our quality and reliability is consistently rising.
